Terms of Use

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The platform provides operational management software for cleaning companies, including client and location management, scheduling, time tracking, materials, training and reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the activity of the users you invite, and for keeping login credentials confidential. Each user must have their own account; shared quick-access links are your responsibility to control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access other companies' data, to reverse engineer the platform, or to disrupt its operation.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of all data your company enters. We process it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time from the Support page.

6. Plans, trials and billing

Trials run for the period shown when you sign up. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and seat limits in effect on your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support requests can be submitted through the in-app Support page.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may export your data before it is removed.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
